Family Adventures Around The Island

Last Sunday, I went around the island with my family: mom, aunties, cousins, nieces and nephews, and brothers. We haven't had the chance to go out together since the pandemic, so everyone was excited. We started early in the morning by purchasing some road snacks at Kmart.

Our first stop was Asan Beach Park. We walked around the park to see the historical displays. We also hiked up the hill.  The hike itself wasn't difficult at all, but it is a far walk. Everyone was tired, but once we got to the top, the view was amazing.

Our second stop was Fisheye. This was our favorite because we got to go snorkeling and saw so many fishes. Everyone was so amazed by the different colored fishes we saw. Everyone was laughing at my nephew because he was scared of the fishes, yet he still kept snorkeling.

For the next stops, we just went down to see several lookouts, such as the ones overlooking Cetti Bay and Umatac. We got food from Jeff's Pirate Cove. We also wanted to go down to Talafofo Falls Park, but unfortunately, they were closed. Before going home, we used up the rest of our time to swim at the beach. Even though we weren't able to tour around the whole island, it was nice to go out with the family and get some fresh air.
